    Our home studio is proudly located in the heart of Pawtuxet Village in Cranston, RI (2197 Broad St., Cranston, RI).

  • Do you offer virtual classes?

    Yes! Our HAVEN ON DEMAND platform offers unlimited access to a full library of virtual classes, PLUS, four new classes are added weekly. We offer 7-day and 30-day packages for flexible access.

  • What should I expect from a class?

    All of our classes are specifically structured to give you a challenging and effective full body workout. Each of our movements are structured to our tri-tone method of conducting three sets of repetitions to get your muscles working in overdrive. We start with a full body warm up and end with a relaxing stretch. Everything in between will get your muscles burning and legs shaking for strong, visible results!

  • Do I have to wear a mask?

    Per RIDOH, masks are not required.

  • What if I’m new to physical fitness?

    Not to worry! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels with optional modified movements to keep you safe and challenged. For clients new to Barre or Yoga, we recommend our Oasis or Yin Yoga classes to learn the foundational movements that are worked into many of our class styles.

  • What is the max capacity for class?

    Our studio currently accommodates (10) clients per class, each working out in our custom workout pods.

  • How do I purchase classes?

    You will need to make an account in our system in order to make a purchase for class booking. Select BOOK CLASS in the top right corner of our homepage. Using the calendar, select the class you would like to sign up for. From there, either Sign In or Create an Account to complete your class registration. Once you are signed into your account, the system will prompt you to make a purchase (if no class credits are available in your account).

  • How do I register for a class?

    Class registration is easy! You can sign up for a class on our website by using the yellow BOOK CLASS button in the top right corner of our homepage. Using the calendar, select the class you would like to book. From there, either Sign In or Create an Account to complete your class registration.

  • Should I register for a class in advance?

    Yes. Per RIDOH 'Gym Reopening' Guidelines, every client must pre-register for classes. We cannot accept walk-in's. Class registration closes 30 MINUTES in advance of outdoor or in-studio classes. For your convenience, download the free MINDBODY app on your mobile device to quickly sign up for classes on-the-go.

  • Are class credits transferrable?

    Unfortunately, class credits cannot transfer between client to client. Each client must have valid class credits in their account to register for a class.

  • How often should I take classes?

    If you are regularly active, we recommend taking four or five classes per week. For a well-balanced fitness routine, try mixing up your weekly classes to incorporate a little bit of everything (Barre, pilates, cardio and yoga).

    For those new to physical fitness, we recommend starting with three classes per week for adequate recovery in between workouts.

  • Do you have any new client discounts?

    We love seeing new faces and making long-lasting friendships along the way. Check out our New Client page for our current promotional offers.

  • What should I wear?

    Dress comfortable and ready to move! We recommend wearing a tank or tee, sports bra and athletic leggings. Socks with grips are suggested (although, not required).

    Clean, indoor sneakers are required for our Cardio classes.

  • What should I bring?

    IN-STUDIO: Just you, yourself and a smile! And, a bottle of water (we also sell them in the studio if you forget). Leave it up to us to provide everything else needed for your workout.

    OUTDOOR: Yoga mat, weights, water, sunglasses and wear layers (in case it's chilly or warm).

  • When do my classes expire?

    Our class packages expire depending on the number of classes purchased. We give you a little more time to work through our larger class packages because, well, there are more classes to get through.

    Note: expiration timeframes begin the day you purchase the package.

    • Drop-In single class: 2-weeks after purchase
    • 5-pack: 4-weeks after purchase
    • 8-pack: 8-weeks after purchase
  • Can I cancel my class registration?

    Once registered, you can remove yourself from the class free of charge up to THREE hours before the start of class. If you cancel within three hours of the start of class (or are a no-show), your class credit will be deducted from your account.

  • What if there’s a waitlist for class?

    If there is a waitlist for class, not to worry! We actively monitor class registration, so continue to sign up and as soon as a space becomes available, we will automatically add you into the class and alert you via email.

    If you’re waitlisted for a class but know in advance that you won’t be able to make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist by cancelling from your schedule in MINDBODY account. This will allow us to add someone else who is waiting to get into the class.

  • Are the classes safe if I’m pregnant?

    Yes! All of our instructors are trained to provide specific modifications for our expecting moms. We do require a note with your doctor’s signature for class participation. Please notify your instructor that you are expecting prior to class.

  • Is there a changing room at the studio?

    Our studio space is equipped with a private bathroom (no shower facilities). We have cubbies (non-locking) to store your personal belongings. We are not responsible for the loss of personal items on premise.

  • How do I buy a gift certificate?

    Gift certificates can be purchased in-studio only and are available in class package increments (5-pack, 8-pack) OR in customized values.
